Join the coaching staff of the Knights along with high school and college players as we work on agility, conditioning, and general football skill development. Ages 5-14 are welcomed to come out and get some great off season work. Please remember to bring your own water bottle, cleats if you have them and appropriate outerwear for the weather conditions.

Registration for the 2024 Fall Cheer and Football Season will open on February 19, 2024 at 12:00PM.

It is not too late for your athlete to participate in the Triangle 7v7 league for Spring 2024 with the Knightdale Knights!  

Registration information:

Age groups: The Knightdale Knights age group for 7v7 will be 13U (age as of June 1, 2024)  Registration: Parents - Please go to triangle7v7.cinchhq.com to register- please use code: KNIGHTS13U!  

Uniforms: Uniforms are ordered during the registration process.  

Schedule and Locations: The opening week Jamboree will be March 23. There will then be a week off for spring break, and then games will continue for seven weeks, April 6, April 13, April 20, April 27, May 4, May 11, and May 18th will be the season-ending tournament. Games will be rotated through different areas on Saturdays (the two listed sites were Panther Creek High School and Southeast Raleigh High School).

Practice will begin the week of February 19th and will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6–8 p.m. in Knightdale. There will be a calendar provided once we have all game day information.
