Join the coaching staff of the Knights along with high school and college players as we work on agility, conditioning, and general football skill development. Ages 5-14 are welcomed to come out and get some great off season work. Please remember to bring your own water bottle, cleats if you have them and appropriate outerwear for the weather conditions.

Monday and Wednesday evenings at KNIGHTDALE STATION PARK Field #3 April 1, 2024 -  June 26, 2024  from 6:15-8 pm.

Registration for the 2024 Fall Cheer and Football Season will open on February 19, 2024 at 12:00PM.

In preparation for the 2023 season, the Knightdale Knights will be hosting two cheer camps for ages 5-12.  

Location: Knightdale Station park Field#3 

Dates: 3:00PM - 5:00PM

Workouts starting March 22 through June 28 at Knightdale Station Park, Field #3 from 6-7:30pm.
🏃‍♂️Workouts are open to the public, all skill levels are welcome, ages 5-14.
