Youth Flag (Ages 5-6)

The Youth Flag Football program is our introduction to football for our youngest participants. Ages 5-6 only. (Based on age as of August 1)

- Practice begins Monday August 3, 2026 @ 6:30-7:30 pm (Location: 200 Flowers St. Knightdale, NC) - Youth Flag will practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays - They will need cleats, a mouthpiece, and a water bottle for ALL practices and games - They will play games on Saturdays starting in September (locations vary but all away games are within an hour of Knightdale) - Most games are in the morning- Our Home Games are played at Knightdale High School
