Tackle Football (Ages 6-12)

Our Tackle Football program (Age as of August 1) - Mini-Mite: Ages 6-8 - Mighty-Mite: Ages 8-10 - PeeWee - Ages 11-12 - NO player can practice without a current physical - Equipment will be handed out PRIOR to the first day of practice (stay tuned dates) - Practice begins Monday August 3, 2026 @ 6:30-8:00 pm (Location: 200 Flowers St. Knightdale, NC) - Tackle Football will practice Mondays thru Friday the first 2 weeks of practice. - After those 2 weeks, practice will be on Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays - Tackle Football players need cleats, a strapped mouthpiece and a water bottle for practice and games - Games are played on Saturdays starting in September (locations vary but all away games are within an hour of Knightdale)- They should be prepared to play in ALL types of weather - Our Home Games are played at Knightdale High School
